Hello

We have a new challenge over at

Our theme this challenge is

Bi-peddle wheels - national bike day

I wanted to make a camouflage bike for a guy.. I found this paper that had large white flowers on it (a quick quote scrap) and it worked out perfect. I used mostly the dies for the bike. I did stamp the wheels and flowers. I added brads to the wheels. I used DCWV scraps and Ranger ink to distress the edges. The sentiment is also from Paper trey ink as well as the bike.

I am using the image Watering time.. I colored with scraps. I added the ribbon to the background and added a brad. I backed the image with some black card stock and heat embossed the sentiment from Reverse Confetti.. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink.

Our theme this challenge is

PETS

I used a Christmas stamp set from Stampin up for the image. I didn't ink up the mistletoe that is over the cats head.. I thought it's a great birthday card vs. Christmas card.. I colored with copics and added the SU punched heart that I layered to give some depth to it. I stamped the Tech. Tues. sentiment and added to the My favorite things die cut and added some twine and brad so it looks like a sentiment wall hanging. I went over the heart and water with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.

This is the last card for my Guest Designer April challenges.

Theme is ANYTHING GOES

I was given the scripture Isaiah 66:13a.. I wanted to create a card that was feminine since it's about a mothers love for her child.  I used some Ranger ink and distressed the edges. I added some scraps of Stampin up dies and found some left over die cuts that I created a flower and added a brad to the center.

Isn't this the cutest little doggie.. The image and sentiment are from Imagine That.. I colored the image with copics and added some silver glitter pen to the head band, shirt and wrist band.. I added to some scraps of designer paper from Quick Quotes. There was a brad in the one card so left it there. I agree with his sentiment..

For my card I used the Sizzix images and using Mission Gold water colors painted them and used the dies to cut the images out. I found this DCWV Far East designer paper. I used Simon Says 3 square die and then added the images on foam dots. I took two of the squares from the center and added brads and a coin. I also added this with foam dots.

I am using the image called Dog Walker   I decided to use some of my more florescent colors of copics. I don't know why I seldom if ever use them cause I love how the dress came out.  Anyhow I colored the image with copivs. I cut down and added to a green scrap of card stock. I added twine and a button/brad to the bow. I finished with a Tech. Tues. sentiment stamped with Stampin up ink.

(I just went through my brads / eyelets  and donated all the eyelets and put the brads in containers so I can see and use more.. since I have a gazillion of them)  I added the image to a scrap of Quick Quote designer paper.

I am using the image called Doreen dog walking.. I have three dogs I walk so I totally relate to her.. I should say it's dogs pulling me vs. me walking the dogs.. They are tiny dogs but boy get the smell of country life and they are on a trail.. 

I colored the image with copics. I used some scraps to add color to the card base and used twine and a piece of raffia. I anchored it with a brad. I stamped the My favorite things sentiment and added Ranger ink to distress the edges.

today is Day 4 of our Catch the bug birthday bash

This is the image called birthday hedgie.. I colored the image with copics. I used some scraps to create the background and used some ribbon/yarn for the first square, Stampin up die cute for the second square and Simon Says sentiment for the third square. I heat embossed the sentiment. I did add a heart brad but that isn't the row I chose. I added some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the balloon and hat.

Hello.. We are back from our break so it's time for another challenge

Our theme this week is

Something New

This stamp set is brand new. I just got it.. It's a Lawn Fawn stamp set and die. I dug through my scrap box and pieced the background.. I found this already made piece (from an old scrapbook page I tore apart.. there will be more of those brad bases in the future) I then stamped the LF sentiment and stamped and colored with copics the images. I added them to the card piece. I might give this to my hubby for our anniversary next month.. I get lost so easily and we laugh about it a lot... so it would have a double meaning.

This image is called Hello spring.. I thought it would make an awesome baby card so I did. 

I colored the image with copics. I went over the letters and butterflies with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I used Spellbinder rectangle die. I used card stock and added the image and taking a Paper trey ink tag I stamped the Taylored Expressions baby (masking off the Oh) and added a brad.

I am using the image called Beary Merry Christmas circle image which can be found in the Bugaboo store.. I fussy cut the image into a circle and left a little tab at the top which I folded over and added a brad and twine. I colored the image with copics. I added some pom pom's to the hat. I added some Nuvo drops to the dots.

This image is Chuie Panda Christmas Tag.. I know it's a Panda.. but I forgot till I already started coloring him.. So he's just a special brown bear.. I like the added color he brought to the card. I had this scrap in my Christmas paper stash and liked the colors so added this and a ribbon with a snowflake brad.

Hello... Tuesday means it's Crafty Sentiments challenge time again and I have a card to share..

Our theme is ANYTHING GOES

Check out the design teams creations over at Crafty Sentiments.

I am using this darling image called Harriet lantern. I colored her with copics. I used Lil inker stitch die. I found a 12x12 Christmas pad (covers gone) and I liked this script paper. I went around the edge with Quick quote chalk ink. I tied a ribbon and it looked plain so I found a metal brad and added this to the bow know area. I heat embossed the Paper trey ink sentiment and suing Stampin up die added this to the card. I went over her lantern and boots with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush and added a few acrylic dots.
