Hello everyone

We have a new challenge over at

Cardz 4 Galz #276 

Theme:  A circle anything with  circles

 I have used this paper a lot.. I think I am pretty much done with it but you never know..  I do have a few small strips left over.. hummm

It's pretty simple to create. Couple strips of DSP down the sides and then the card stock layers and the black circle and white sentiment circle..  This paper makes me happy..

This was a fun card to create. It's a stamp set from Stampin up and the pinwheels are sails but I used a a pinwheel instead. I don't use this stamp set enough.. I like how it came out

Theme: Flowers / Embossing and always a sentiment

I made my card with Stampin up products except for the sentiment - PTI and banner die MFT. 

I had fun creating this card and trying to use paper for most parts vs. ink.  I always use copics and I know there are some pretty papers and I need to let them standout. I am pleased with the way this card came out, and the little embossed strip behind the florals. I finished with some diamond drills

We have a new challenge over at

Make my Monday #277

Theme:  Star wars day - anything to do with space

For my card.. It's funny I woke up yesterday thinking of this design so just went for it.

I stamped the image so I could figure size for arch.. image and sentiment is for My favorite things.

I colored with copics and used Tech. Tues die for sentiment. I took my Stampin up space dp and cut a arch. I took black cardstock and cut another arch. I used Oxide ink to color the frame. I added perfect pearls for stars.. I added to the card base and added the cute image.

Alphabet challenge - Happy bear-thday

Hello

We have a new challenge over at

Alphabet challenge

Theme: in the air - plane/balloons/bird/  ----

I did a recycle.. My brother sent me a birthday card with these balloons on them and I loved them so took them off the card and thought some day I will use them. 

I created my background with my cloud and ground template I created using Ranger ink. 

I got this bear die (and others in the set) from Amazon.. I cut the bear out and used a watercolor pencils to give some shading. I added a black card stock behind the nose and used a pen to add the dyes and little mark under the nose. 

I added the balloons and bear and stamped the My favorite things sentiment.. I love how he came out.. I used a scrap for the scarf..

It's time to do another challenge over at

Sparkles Christmas #184

Theme:  Gifts

I pondered on how to do gifts as a theme. I have stamps but I wasn't seeing a good design using them. So I went to my desk where my watercolor items are and I had some strips of water color paper so I took 2 strips and wet my watercolors - Altnew and Paul Ruben metallics and just laid colors down.. I let them dry for the day and then used My favorite thing stitch die, Simon says bow, and Stampin up bow.. I designed the gifts and embellished with diamond drills. I used snowflakes from Simon says and embossed them. I used DRS vertical sentiment and embossed it.. I added a piece of washi tape on the bottom for grounding the gifts.
