Hello

We have a new challenge over at

theme: Anything goes / Use a die

SheepSki designs

I used the image called Cake.. I know there is no cake but I decided to use the coffee mug/cup instead of the two together.. I colored with copics and added dots with a white gel pen. I went over the coffee with a spectrum Noir sparkle pen. I used Simon says die and added this to a piece of designer paper. I added the sentiment from Sugar pea designs. I die cut using Tech. Tues. banner. I added the little coffee beans from Doodlebug designs. I added some Stampin up flowers (also used SU ink for the sentiment) and added a few rhinestone diamond drills to the flower centers.

Hello again.. Are you doing lot's of crafting fun this summer? or taking a break??

I'm trying to make some ahead so I can enjoy the summer fun times, weather, sight seeing.

We have a new challenge over at

Alphabet challenge 

Theme: I for inspirational board.. (see below)

I used mostly stampin up for this card. Card stock and stamp. I colored with copics and added the sentiment and hearts to the front along with some diamond drills for embellishment.  This card style I saw on Pinterest and Debbie ? I loved the look and so tried to do from the image I saw... Guess I should of watched the video. I could used any image on the inside but I liked the idea of the flowers and picking the color if the inspiration photo I used diamond drill to get the grayer color in there. Since the flower took up a lot of the inside I did add this to a white card base so the sentiment / greeting can go there vs. where the flower is.

Hello

It's time for a new challenge over at

Alphabet challenge 

Letter: E for embossing wet or dry

I went for the dry embossing. I used a flower embossing folder on the green. I used a honey comb embossing folder on the yellow. I used a white get pen to give color to the flowers and diamond drills for the flower centers. I went over the honey combs with Stampin up in just to give it depth. I die cut the Close to my heart bees and colored with SU ink and put the body together. I added them to the card and the SU leaves. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment and used a versa mark pen to give a little color to the center of JUST.. I used SU die and added to the card.

Our theme this month is 

ST. PATRICKS or RAINBOWS

For my card I went with Rainbow colors. I took Ranger inks and smooshed and dried and repeated till I got what I wanted. I then took Prima watercolors and created some splatters and such. I stamped the Stampin up flower and using Prima wc. I cut the background apart and stamped the Reverse confetti sentiment and added the flower on puffy dots. I added a few white dots to the flower center with a gel pen.

W - for WATER

For my card I used a stencil and Ranger ink to make it look like rain. I stamped and die cut the Stampin up hippo, water splas, puddle and umbrella. I colored the image with copics and used a white gel pen to give a little texture look to the pretty ballet skirt. I stamped the sentiment that came in the SU set.

I colored this darling image from Sheepski with copics. I love how this image came out. I added some white gel pen to the flowers. I added the image to a dark blue scrap and then onto Honey bee designer paper. I die cut the Wishing from Simon Says and stamped the rest of the SS sentiment and heat embossed. I love this card. Hum who should I send it to??

For my card I used Stampin up hippo.. My favorite things balloons, bird and sentiment. I colored with copics. I used a white gel pen on the balloons. I cut the plaid scrap with a Paper Trey Ink die and the sentiment piece with a Spellbinder die. Love the fun feel to this card that any kid will love.. especially if money or present following it.

It's time for a new challenge over at

The letter this challenge is

M  - for MAGIC

For my card I was so stumped.. I asked hubby.. what can I use to make a magic card.. he said do you have a top hat, a rabbit, a dove???  So that made the mush in my head start to clear and think.. So I remembered I had the Tim Holtz crazy birds accessories images and there is the hat.. I have different bunny stamps so used My favorite things cause they were smaller.. Then looking for a sentiment I found this My favorite things stamps set.. WA-LA.. I have a card idea.. thanks to hubby planting the seed. So using Kraft I stamped the MFT image. colored with copics and white gel pen. I stamped the hat and bunny and colored with copics and using the dies cut them out. I added the MFT sentiment. I am happy with this fun card.

Our theme this challenge is

SHADES OF BLUE

For my card I used a Newtons Nook stencil and Ranger ink and created the background. I used a white gel pen to add a few highlights.. I stamped the Petaluma shell and with copics colored it. I fussy cut the image out. I brushed some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush over the shell. I added to the card with foam dots. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment and used a Stampin up die and also added it with foam dots. I love living in Washington state had having the ocean just not far from us. It's my happy place.

For my card I used Simon Says images. I masked and stamped. I colored with copics and used my cloud template upside down to get the wave look using Ranger inks. I used a white gel pen and some Spectrum noir sparkle on the mermaid, seahorse and fish. I added some diamond drill bling. I heat embossed the sentiment.
