For my card I used Purple base, Orange and then Black... I stamped the mushrooms and used Copics to color.. I really like this mushroom stamp and I've used it so much over the years you can't read who produced it.. lol

Pattie's creations

I am using Cheers to you ladies from Pattie's creations. I decided to color the three dresses in pinks. I gave a different pattern to each dress. I kinda did their hair gray and added some blue / pink and purple to each of the heads of hair. I added Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to their drinks.  I added the Art Impression sentiment which I stamped on Vellum and added a few diamond drill for some bling.. This is a birthday card and that sentiment will go to the inside.

Theme: Out door fun

This is my idea of outdoor fun for this old body.. LOL  I use to worship the sun but now in my older days and finding out what the sun does to you I have backed off. So it's sun screen and or shade. I used copics and Ranger ink. I created the clouds with my cloud template. The sentiment is from Pink Fresh. Thought it was true and fun.

Theme: Internat. Jazz Day 30th April-an instrument, singer, dance, anything.

I love Art Impressions images. Always so much fun. I thought of this as soon as I knew it was something to do with music. I love him and his hair brush and her with her curing iron. I can imagine me and my hubby doing this.. I colored with copics. I used Stampin up ink and added the Stamp Francisco music notes to the background. I added the AI sentiment in SU ink. I layered and added to the Quick quote dp..

Theme: Movie maddness

I chose Book Club with Jane Fonda, Diane Keaton, Candice Bergen

I used Art Impressions stamp and colored with copics. I used Simon Says stamps, a couple of their confetti stamp to add texture to the wall and table cloth..  I layered on some Cosmo cricket paper and liked that it has text on the paper to go along with the movie. I added the My favorite things sentiment.

theme: No ball sport

I stamped the Art Impressions image and created the ground with copics. I stamped the trees for the background with Stampin up ink, I think they are from Club stamps.. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink. I colored the image with copics and added the sentiment.. Funny you think of no ball sport and all sort of ball sports pops in your head.. But skate board is a sport and added to the Olympics. so this worked out great and fun.

Well the end of the year is almost here.. I hope you have a wonderful New Year and it's filled with blessings.  

We have a new challenge over at Cardz 4 Galz #189 

Our theme is

  Any theme from 2022 Program, to make fresh, no repeats.

My card that I kinda copied is from May 5, 2022 Challenge #172 from C4G.. I used Stampin up over all stamp and SU ink to create the background which was already alittle distressed card stock. I then stamped the Art Impressions stamp and used copics to color. I used My favorite things die and distressed the edge with Ranger ink. I stamped the sentiment (I don't know who its from) and finished with some left over diamond painting drills.

Of course who is funny.. Art Impressions images and sentiments. I've used this image and sentiment a lot over the years..  There are those mornings that I can relate to her.. I think it's funny so that is the funny part.. I colored her with copics. I used Lil inker stitch die and My favorite things stitch die for the sentiment. so that's the stitches part.. I used some scraps of Quick Quote dp for the background and finished with some Diamond painting drills for the little bling. Hope my card has you in stitches with laughter.. lol

SOMETHING BEGINNING WITH -P-

For my - something beginning with P... it's PANDA.. I was digging through my scraps and found these two already cut pieces from My minds eye.. so though ok let's make them work so I stamped the Club Scrap sentiment then I added the two dp and trimmed to fit. worked out perfect. I stamped the Art Impressions Panda and colored with copics. I fussy cut out and using Spellbinder die I cut another piece of MME paper and added the image on foam dots.

Our theme this challenge is

AGE IS JUST A NUMBER

I wasn't too sure how to relate to the challenge when making a card with this theme.. but thought ok add numbers, add a guy (cardz 4 guyz) and birthday.. I know age is what you feel you are.. I don't feel as old as I am. It's just a number.. So this guy is just chilling, obviously going through his teenage years again.. watching tv, drinking sodas, eating chips and just being sloppy.. lol.. I used Art Impressions image. I painted with Shin Han water colors. I added some Taylored Expressions  die cut numbers and the image. I went around the edge of the card with Ranger ink to tone down the bright white. I added the Tim Holtz snarky sentiment "I smell old people. Oh wait, that's you- Happy Birthday"

I have not used this image in like for ever.. It's an OLD Art Impressions gray rubber stamp. I stamped and colored with copics. I used my ground and cloud template and Ranger ink. I added the snarky Tim Holtz sentiment which says "If you met my family you would understand".. I thought it was a funny sentiment and I can just see that one bird saying it..

I knew as soon as I saw the theme what image I'd use.. I used the Art Impressions image and colored her with copics. I added some Nuvo drops to her bathing suit as the flowers are so tiny and hard to color. I also added some Nuvo drops to the yard as what yard doesn't have dandelions .. LOL.  I added clouds using my cloud template and Ranger ink. I added to a piece of Stampin up card stock and then to a piece of DCWV dp. I stamped the G Rated sentiment and heat embossed on the SU cardstock and used SU tag die. I added a piece of bakers twine.

This is my card.. In March my dear friend Lisa P. sent me this awesome Art Impressions stamp set so it's the new and I stamped the wood floor with an old Paper Tray Ink set. I colored the image with copics and the floor and wall with copics. I stamped the sentiment and used Spellbinder and Tech. Tues. banner dies.  These two are so cute. I love AI images. Always so much fun to create with.

For my card I kept the sentiment off because it had all of these awesome words so this card could be used for different occasions just with the background paper. I don't know who the pad is by.  But I love it.. I stamped the Art Impressions image and colored with copics. I used a My favorite things die and some more paper out of the paper pad. I like that it has some of the pastel colors I used in her cloths.

I have two cards to share for today's Day 6 of the fun

It's week 3 for me being a guest designer over at

Krafty Chicks Designer

Our theme this week is

CLEAN AND SIMPLE - CAS

For a long time I didn't care to do CAS as it felt weird having so much white space.. But I have been doing them for some time now and loving them.  As soon as I saw the theme was CAS I knew what I wanted to do. I have had this red rubber dog image from Art Impressions for like forever.. It's quite old. I don't know if I've ever used it as the red rubber seemed quite clean.. I first stamped the My favorite things sentiment then added the dog. I colored the image with copics, it may be too dark?. I hope it doesn't distort the image too much being it's a slouching dog so it's not in it's true perky form. I laughed as I colored the image.. This card was so quick to create.  I hope it makes you smile.
