I decided to make a z fold card as I wanted a designer paper background and these papers are from Stampin up. I colored the image with copics. I added nuvo drops to the flower centers and sprinkled glitter over the wet centers. I added to the dark green and used my corner chomper to give it a different look.  I added the heat embossed Reverse confetti sentiment and used a Tech. Tues banner die.

We have a new challenge over at

Theme: G for Girlfriend

I don't have a Girlfriend words in my piles of stamps.. at least I couldn't find one. So I chose Besties because my girlfriend is my bestie.. We have so much fun together.  I used a piece from one of her Stampin up Pumpkin kit.. It's to hold a tag or gift card.. I used a SU embossing folder and then added the holder that I added some Taylor Expressions flowers I die cut from Scraps I added some My favorite things leaves cut from scraps. I added the Reverse Confetti Besties and Tech. Tues. words. I finished with some Diamond drills.

Hello and Happy February 1st

We have a new challenge over at

Theme: A cup of Christmas tea

For my card I still have these beautiful Quick Quote scraps on my desk so I worked from that.. I stamped the Stamp Simply tea cup and sentiment and colored the cup with copics. I fussy cut it out. I die cut the white board piece with a My favorite things die and added the tea cup. I added that to the background and added that to a red piece. I wrapped  Stampin up cord around the edge and added the whole piece to the white card base. I added the two sentiments. I used Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the tea (or coffee for me)

I used two little mice.. I colored with copics. I added a little color to the background with Ranger ink.. I added to a piece of Pink Stampin up card stock. I finished with a Reverse Confetti sentiment and a few diamonds

Theme: Favorite challenge of 2024

My favorite was #226 - dog theme.. So I created a card using a dog.. This is from KatzelKraft.. I used a piece of designer paper and went over it lightly with Ranger brown and then stamped him. I used white gel pen for his eyes. I created a fun fold using Quick quote scraps. The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti and used My favorite things die.

It's time for a new challenge over at

Cardz 4 Galz #237

Theme: Showcase your pattern papers

This is a fun way to use your designer paper scraps. I used a Stampin up punch and stampin up papers and arranged on the card base and cut the excess off. I then took some white script dp from Quick Quotes and cut about 5-6 and layered and add the Reverse Confetti thanks. I finished with some Diamond drills left over from diamond paintings I've done.

Hello and Happy October

We have a new challenge over at 

Cardz 4 Galz #235

Theme: Circles

                              

Oh if only you knew of the different things I came up with and hated.. I then decided to pull out some scraps and three punches and just start punching. then I started stacking, when I found colors I liked I then used my Quick quote chalk ink and go around the edges and glued together as I did each so I wouldn't look what I liked and already stacked. Then I tried different backgrounds and chose the black. I then laid them out again as stacks so they were all different. and had to make a few half ones to fill in the blank space. I liked it so glued them to the black. Then I cut it down again to get the over hang. Then I had to figure another color to make it an A2 size. I chose this rust red color.  Now the sentiment, so I found this Reverse Confetti hello friend and cut 4 sets and adhered together and added to the card. I had to add my left over diamond drills for some bling,. I ended up liking it a lot and will probably use the other ideas on something else or maybe not.. lol

Oh what a fun card to create. I used Reverse confetti bear and coffee cup and colored with copics. I found these scraps of designer paper from Quick Quotes and created the background. The scene was missing something so found this pot from My favorite things and painted with Prima wc. I dug through my die cuts and added the leafy plants. ..

Theme: Christmas critters

Boy it's hard to make a Christmas card when it's so hot out. We don't have AC so we use fans and they just aren't cooling it off enough.. Hope you're all doing fine and staying cool.. I added a snow scene thinking it would help me stay cool.. lol.. I used the snowflakes from Stampin up set and used Simon says die for the snow area. I stamped the Reverse confetti images and colored with copics. I stamped the sentiment from SS.

I am using the cute image Sending love.. I colored him with copics and used My Favorite Things circle die. I took a bunch of scraps I had on the desk and cut into various size strips and created the background. I added the image and heat embossed the Reverse Confetti sentiment. I used my ground and cloud template with Ranger ink to create the background. I have this awesome tree stamp and no idea who its by.. I stamped the Reverse Confetti images and die cut out. I colored with copics. I was going to add a sentiment but thought I would wait till I sent it.

I am using the image Watering time.. I colored with scraps. I added the ribbon to the background and added a brad. I backed the image with some black card stock and heat embossed the sentiment from Reverse Confetti.. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink.

                                           It's time for a new challenge over at

                                                         Our theme is 
                                                         COCKTAILS

For my card I was so stressed as this is the only image I have for a cocktail.. I don't drink so I am not sure if this wine even qualifies.. LOL.. I used Stampin up card stock and and embossing folder and ran the background. I used a Spellbinder scallop die for the circle from a piece of Quick quote scraps. I used Reverse Confetti and cut out the glasses. (I had to do twice cause I had the beverage flowing the wrong way.. and that was after they were adhered down.. crazy me.. I cut the stems from some silver paper and to give the glass a nice metal looking stem. I went over the beverage and cheers with Wink of stella. I die cut the cheers and stamped the SU sentiment and fussy cut it out.

We are monthly with a mid month reminder.. Starting the first Monday of each month..

ST. PATRICKS or RAINBOWS

For my card I went with Rainbow colors. I took Ranger inks and smooshed and dried and repeated till I got what I wanted. I then took Prima watercolors and created some splatters and such. I stamped the Stampin up flower and using Prima wc. I cut the background apart and stamped the Reverse confetti sentiment and added the flower on puffy dots. I added a few white dots to the flower center with a gel pen.

For my card I used some heart dies from Simon says.. I cut them out of scrap paper. I added them along bottom 2/3rd of the card and went over the small hearts with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I stamped the Reverse Confetti sentiment.

We have a new challenge over at 

Cardz 4 Galz #183

Our theme this challenge is

FOR A CAUSE 

It's breast cancer month. So any cancer awareness can be used

For my card I went with Anal Cancer Awareness. The ribbons for anal cancer is green/purple. So I used a green ribbon along the side and tied a purple ribbon around the loop. The image is from Diamonds. It's an old red rubber wood stamp and there is a rhinestone diamond in the wood top .. I colored him with copics and added some Spectrum Noir sparkle to the metal parts of his tools. I added him to a Quick quote scrap of yellow card stock and then found this great designer paper that made me think of science and atoms.. so chose it and it worked perfect with the green/purple ribbons. The sentiment is from Reverse confetti and I heat embossed it.  I like that it was an encouraging sentiment.. Get tested.. Don't wait..

CONGRATULATIONS 

For my card I used Stampin up images and colored with copics. I then stamped the Reverse Confetti sentiment and used Pretty Pink Posh congrats die and cut it out 3 times and layered. I didn't like all the white so I used a copic and colored part of the background. I went over the flowers with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.  I finished with some Diamond drills.
