Hello

It's time for a new challenge over at 

Cardz 4 Guyz #310

I am the host so got to chose the theme..

BIRDS

I just couldn't resist.. I know it's close to Christmas and probably could of gone that route.. But I was also thinking of the snarky sentiments from Tim Holtz too.. So I just went with it. I have other Christmas cards to post .. I stamped and used copics. I die cut out and went for a few scraps and created the background. I then added the birds and sentiment. I finished with a few left over diamond painting drills.. I just love those cute faces and thought the sentiment fit the look.

ANYTHING GOES / OPT. BLUE and SILVER

I am using the digi Caroling.. I colored with copics and went over different parts of their outfits with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.. I added to a piece of silver embossed card stock and then to a piece of scrap designer paper. I stamped the Lawn Fawn sentiment and cut out.

We don't have a sponsor this week so it's just for fun.. I dug through some scraps and found this cool plaid paper so then went from there looking for what to do. Saw this darling Newton's nook stamp set so I stamped and colored with copics. I went over different areas with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I die cut the square with My favorite things die and added some Washi tape for grounding and added the images and sentiment.

Hello

It's time for a new challenge over at 

Make My Monday #188

I am the host this challenge so I chose
WINGS.. Thinks with wings 

I really wasn't sure what I wanted to do for WING'S theme.. it's that crazy time of the year that is more Thanksgiving and Christmas but I really didn't want to use those kind of winged animals and I don't like this dark cold weather. So I thought ok butterfly.. they make me happy and feel like spring.. So chose the butterfly but fallish type colors and such. I used a stencil and Ranger ink to create the background. I then die cut out of scraps some Stampin up foilage and die cut the My favorite things heavy vellum from SU and added it to the center. I used a scrap and SU butterfly die and added to the vellum. I topped with some left over diamond painting drills. I stamped and heat embossed the Simon says sentiment and fussy cut around it.

It's time for a new challenge over at

Alphabet challenge

Our leter this challenge is

Q - QUILT

I use to make quilts all the time and scrap quilts were a favorite.. So I just reached into my scrap box and pulled out a bunch of scraps. More are left over from Quick Quote designer papers. I used an EK square punch and then used Ranger ink to distress the edges and laid out onto the black card stock. I took Stampin up heavey vellum and used My facorite things stitch die and cut out twice. I used Annette Walkins stamp sentiment with Stazon ink. I added to the card and took some small buttons to help hold it down.

It's time for a new challenge over at

Cardz 4 Galz #186

Our theme this challenge is

STENCILS

For my card I used Newton's Nook paw stencil and Ranger inks. I made a mess at the top where it over sponged.. so I took Stampin up ink and smooshed it down on some card stock and heat embossed the Stampin up sentiment and cut to fit over the oops... I stamped the little plaid piece in the same SU ink.. I used the SU punch to cut out the dog and layered him 4 times for some sturdiness. It also punches the bow I layered it twice. I went around the edges with Ranger ink and added the funny little eye.  There is a stamp set for the dog in different poses and other fun things but decided to use the punch and scraps..
