Hello.. Today I have a card to share for the challenge going on over at Crafty Gals Corner #191

This is my card. I am using the image called A little bit grumpy.. I colored her with copics and fussy the image out. I used some designer paper and Paper Trey ink die for the piece behind the girl. I added this to some other designer paper scraps. I used Stampin up flower punch which I also used scraps (I will sit down watching tv and grab my scrap pile and punch out flowers / leaves / circ/es what ever for future use) and added them to the card along with some Spellbinder leaves. The little sequins for the flower centers and Mama Elephant sentiment stamped in SU ink.

Hello.. Today over at Catch the bug it's Humor me Wednesday

today is No Socks day

 

I seldom wear socks unless my feet are cold then I wear some awesome socks that my brother bought me. I have quite a few pairs.  I chose this little CP bottle image from the Bugaboo store.  The baby doesn't have any socks on so chose it and decided to make it a Congratulations baby card. I colored the image with copics. I then used My favorite things circle die. For the background I used a stencil and Ranger oxide ink. I then stamped the Taylored Expressions sentiment. I thought that the circle looked a little plain against the background so with a glue pen and went around the edge and added glitter.  I then added some My minds eye acrylic hearts.

It's day 5 of the Coffee Lovers Spring / Summer blog hop

 

I have a card to share that I am entering in the hop

 

 

Ok I loved making this card. I decided to stamp a bunch of these Pretty Pink Posh images and paint them with Altenew paints. I didn't want to over flow the cup so I just added a couple to the cup. The cup is a Stamp Simply die and I used Quick Quote scraps. I stamped the sentiment from Sugar Pea design and used Simon Says banner die. Before I put it all down I used Ranger ink and My favorite things stencil.

You are my hero - Bugaboo New Release

Hello.. Today it's Tuesday so over at Bugaboo its a new image in the store.. I know this image has been around but in our old store and Jodie has been adding images still after all this time.

 I know there are different holidays coming up that this image will be great for. This image is called Kidlet Army..  I chose to make my card a father's day card.
I first cut the image out with My favorite things circle die. I found a piece of scrap that just made it for cutting out the green piece. I used Simon says sentiments. The image is colored with copics.

You perk me up - Coffee Lovers Spring / Summer blog hop day 4

It's day 4 of the Coffee Lovers Spring / Summer blog hop..

I have a card to share.. shock huh.. Are you playing along?

 

Last year I won a stamp set from Art Impressions. This is one of the images and sentiment from that set. I thought with the sentiment "you perk me up" I should have sun rays behind the image so I used My favorite things stencil and Ranger ink. I then stamped the image and found this scrap of Quick Quote scrap and managed to cut around the saucer so it looks like it's on the table. I colored the image with copics and went over the heart flowers with Nuvo glitter pen. I used corner chomper on the sentiment and added a twine bow and sequins.

Happy Mother's Day - Always Fun Challenge #109

Hello and welcome back to my blog.

Today over at Always Fun Challenge #109..

 we have a new challenge the theme is FEMALE / MOM

Today for my card I used the Cosmos flowers from Tech. Tues that was in their February stamp of the month club. I know cosmos come in all sorts of colors and all have yellow centers. I've grown them and love the array of colors. For this card I stamped the flowers twice then used Altenew water colors. I went in with a little Prisma colored pencils after they dried. I stamped the Simon says sentiment and Used MFT banner die. I finished with some sequins.
