I am using an image from Last Minute Manda - Lottie witch costume waving her wand... I colored her with copics. I ended up making a birthday card as I don't do Halloween and thought birthday was better. I used Simon says wishing die and added a few crystal gems for the dot. and stamped the you happy birthday and used Tech. Tues. banner die.
