Hello 

Today we have a new challenge over at 

Happy little stampers watercolor

Our theme this month

Tropical

Oh how I wish is was on a tropical island. I love the water and heat.. 

Can't be there so I created it.. 

I stamped the My favorite thing hula girl and using my Mijello watercolors created the background.  I used Prima watercolors to paint her.

I am using the image couch potato. I colored it with copics. I created the background using designer papers. I stamped the club scrap sentiment and added twine to make it look like a wall hanging, I added the pot and leaves ..

The theme is 

Create your own background

I kinda got this idea from You tube - Ralph Tyndall. I created the background using Ranger inks. I then took the birch tree die from Taylored Expressions and added it over the background, I die cut the brown deer from Simon says and using Ranger ink to the sides. the other deer was an extra I got from a friend, I took the SS die wreath and added to the ground using scraps.

I got to pick the theme so it's

Anything goes / Watercolor background

I love creating watercolor backgrounds. I used Prima watercolors and created this, I added the black drops.. I didn't want to do too much to cover them up so thought I would use the Stampin up dies. I used the scalloped die from Spellbinder for the ground area.  I also heat embossed the sentiment, I like the way it came out.
