Paper Pretties - Sentiment challenge

Paper Pretties http://paperprettiesblog.blogspot.com/  challenge Monday. This weeks challenge is sentiments..   There are three new sentiments over at Paper Pretties all an Irish Blessing. I love Irish blessings. 

 This is the sentiment I decided to use. It felt weird not using my copics but I love that I got to use flowers and leaves to embellish. I kind of kept with the fall theme of colors, but you could really use any colors for the sentiments.  I hope you get a chance to play along with the challenge.

I figured I should start on Christmas cards so this is the card I made for this weeks sketch. I hope you get a chance to play along.

 

So what are you doing for World card making day? After I get back home today, have to do some things in town I plan to play in my craft room and get some cards made. I also want to try my hand at a mini book I saw on U-tube.  I have still been on med leave for two surgeries I had end of Aug. I have another surgery next Friday so I want to take this feel good time and get some crafting done with out over doing. After all it's world card making day, cant miss that.

With the holidays coming this would make a cute Thanksgiving card for that special someone, and I have had this sentiment stamp for years. I think it's from rubber baby buggy bumpers. Paper Pretties -To my favorite nut!
