I was over at a friends house in Oct. and she is a stamper / card maker too and I brought different papers over and some in and stamped some of her images that I thought I could use some time in the future.. Boy I am glad I did cause these stacked coffee cups is perfect. But I didn't write down who the stamps are from So sorry I don't know who it belongs to but I sure had fun coloring it. I put glossy accents on the dripping coffee and some Spectrum Noir sparkle on some of the cups. I had this sentiment from Stamp Simply that is perfect. I heat embossed it and fussy cut it out

I make this card so quick. It's using a piece of designer paper and cutting into strips and adhere them down. Add a sentiment and wala its done. Quick and easy. Stampin up designer paper and pretty much any designer paper would work.

Hello - wow times a fly'n... so fast. My birthdays coming up in a week and before you know it Christmas will be there and then the New Year... wish there was a way to slow time down.. but then that would be good or healthy..

I am using Heart and Rose from SheepSki Designs. I colored with Copics and used some Spectrum Noir sparkle for the butterfly, ribbon and rose. I added some Stampin up bling to the heart. I layered on scraps. I heat embossed the Simon Says sentiment.  I have the perfect couple this card is going to next  month.

Hello.. did you survive Halloween (we never get trick or treaters - but always buy the candy - LOL) and we have Thanksgiving coming up. I think it's going to be quiet. Family is so spread out it's sad but it is what is is.

Theme: Your 3 favorite colors

My favorite colors are the ones below. Purple, Orange, Green... I usually use for Halloween cards and so it's refreshing that I could use the for this card instead. All Stampin up products. I do love carrots and my favorite is carrot salad which my daughter hated growing up. we still kid about it.. I don't like eggs and she doesn't like the salad.

Theme: Wild animals

I looked for wild animals and found this wood block red rubber from Magenta. Thought perfect. They are wild and an animal to some degree.. I stamped and colored with copics. I cut around the frame and added to the scrap of designer paper and then had this other scrap which picked up the colors nicely. I stamped the Tech. Tues. sentiment and added some diamond painting drill to the background design

Theme: Retiform technique

I haven't done this technique in years.. I used masking tape and blocked off a section and added the Ranger ink and Hero arts image then moved the tape and blocked off another section and repeated till the card front was covered. I took Gold Liquitex paint and painted on the edges of the sections.  I see things I could of done different but I think it turned out nice.

Hello 

We have a new challenge over at

Theme: Snowflakes

I used different Simon Says snowflakes and stamped them all over the front. I used embossing powder and heat set. I then took Ranger ink and using 4 different colors blended them over the snowflakes. I stamped the Hero arts sentiment that I colored with Ranger and cut it down and added to the card front. I finished with some round diamonds from left over diamond painting projects.

It's time for a new challenge over at

Theme: Showcase your pattern papers

This is a fun way to use your designer paper scraps. I used a Stampin up punch and stampin up papers and arranged on the card base and cut the excess off. I then took some white script dp from Quick Quotes and cut about 5-6 and layered and add the Reverse Confetti thanks. I finished with some Diamond drills left over from diamond paintings I've done.

Hello everyone

We have a new challenge over at

Cardz 4 Guyz #359

Theme: Taste of autumn

For my card I took a piece card stock and folded it for an A2 size. Then cut off about an inch from open side. Then used a piece of designer paper from Stampin up and cut it a little wider than A2 size then cut off about 1.5 inches and took the largest piece and put on the front of the card and the 1.5 piece on the inside. I love the look of the continued piece. I added the sentiment having it go off the side. This is so easy and with so many beautiful dp out there it's a great way to get the full joy of using them and creating.

I am using the free image for my card.. I colored with copics and used Ranger ink to color the background. I used an old My favorite things die to cut it out and the black piece. I used the Stampin up embossing folder on the green card stock. I layered the pieces and added a little Spectrum Noir and white gel pen to the image. I added the sentiment using the Stampin up punch . I finished with a few left over diamonds from my diamond painting projects.

Theme: Spooky Halloween

I kinda kept this card simple. I stamped the Hook line and inker image and using gray copics added a little shading. I used Spellbinder die and cut the circle and the Newtons nook sentiment. I die cut the spider web and spiders out of scraps using Taylored Expressions dies. I added them to the card. and the image. I went over the web and spider and the background with Stickles.

Hello

Theme: O for Ocean animals

I use a light blue piece and using Newton Nook stencil and Ranger ink I created the wave background. I added some Perfect pearls splatters and set it aside to dry.  I stamped Tech. Tues starfish, jelly fish and seahorse. I colored with copics. I die cut some leaves from Stampin up and found this anchor and created the scene. I stamped the sentiment that came with Tech. Tues. stamp set.

I don't really do Halloween cards unless I have to for the DT.. So I sent with this card instead and used the colors that were required. This is a fun fold of a card. That right side with the designer paper is tucked under the boot die. I used Stampin up products. love the little flower you can adhere to the greenery . I fussy cut the boots out.

I am using the cute image Piggyback. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud template to create the sky. I used the stitch die from My Favorite Things to cut the image out. I backed it with a scrap and then added that to the My minds eye designer paper. I used the Stampin up punch for the sentiments. I went around the sentiment with some Quick Quote chalk ink. I added a little Spectrum Noir sparkle to the mushrooms and her pom poms.
