Welcome to a New Release.. at Catch the bug / Bugaboo We have Brat Halloween sign

 

Aren't these little boo kits too cute? I love them. The frame they are sitting on is blank and I just stamped in Trick or Treat and I heart candy.. and added the spiders. Love where you can take the digi and add your own thing to make it work how you want it to. I love that Jodie left that area open for our own thing.. I really don't give Thanksgiving cards but I just had to make her up as I thought she was so cute. I will give this to my family though.  She was a lot of fun to color up and I had this sentiment from so long ago from Stempendous.. are they even still around?? I added some die cut leaves and an acorn.

Aud Sentiments #116 HALLOWEEN

 

 

This two week challenge is brought to you by Bugaboo /Catch the bug. Jodie has some awesome images for you so head over to the Bugaboo store and check them out.. Don't forget Free Friday too.

 

I chose to use Trick or Treat Feet for my card. I made another long legal size card so that I could use this paper from recollection. I loved those eyes and the look it was giving. I colored the image in copics and added glossy accents and glitter to the spiders. The Happy Halloween was from one of the papers in the pack I just cut between the happy and the Halloween. Thought it needed the boo added so dug through my scraps and found the letters needed.

Happy Wednesday it's hump day so that is awesome.

 

We have another fun challenge at Paper Pretties #329 Halloween / Fall..

 

I chose to use fall and fall colors. I used the stamp set Pullin for you Cooper clear set

 

I got this cute die the brown silhouette on the side but I don't know who puts it out. I went to a craft store over in Sea Side Oregon and the lady was just packaging it and other dies up and I said oh I will take one so I got it before she labeled it. If you know who the die is by I would love to know so I can give credit to the company. thanks..

 

I hope you play along with the theme. It's that time of the year and morning are quite crisp, hate that I need the car heat in the mornings, and it's darker too. Not my favorite time of the year..

It's time for another challenge at Paper Makeup #159 - Happy Birthday

 

This is my card with a play on words Birthday Fishes, it's still a happy birthday card. I used the image Jill fairy. I wonder how she got out there on that piling. That water looks pretty deep around her.

I had to add the fish below and I think it adds interest to the card. Same with the mesh in the background. I just thought it needed some depth.

this is the card I made for animal it's Cutie 2   I used some cat paper behind her and colored her which I had some issues with. I am not sure what colors to make her but I knew I wanted to use turquoise colors on her accessories so thought the dark black/grey would work.  I know it could be better but I like it. I thought she needed something on her tail so I drew a string and added the heart. I thought it gave it a great touch. Today at Catch the bug is Oldie But Goodie day .. or to us at CTB OBG..

I chose to use the cute image cool crabby cat

I think this card will be for my grandson who will be 17 in October. I think it would be an awesome card for him.  I love all the details, I have colored the SS dude stamp, I cut out hey and added foam to raise it and the cute mini fat arrow and the little HB for the happy birthday part. Kept it quite colorful and fun.

I have so many buttons and yea lots came from old clothing. When my mom passed away I got the button tin she kept and I remember playing with when I was a child I always thought it was fun seeing all the different kinds, sizes, shapes, colors. Today is New Release day at Catch the bug - Halloween silhouette

 

I used ranger distress inks for the background and sprinkled water and pearl water on the finish image. Next time I will try the pearl water on a scrap. I was more happy with just the plain water. I colored the house with copics.  Used washi tape at the top and bottom.

It's Monday and the middle of the month already..

Welcome to Paper Makeup #158 Clean and Simple

 

Oh my this is one C&S card. I printed out the digi  Madelyn Fairy Silhouette and made sure it was in the lower corner and cut and folded it, added the sentiment and the ribbon /brad and called it good to go. C&S.. oh I added wink of stella to her wings. I love this card.. Do I say that to all of my cards? pretty much yeah..

Today is Free Friday over at Catch the bug and we have Monster Pocket

I made a vellum envelope and added the monster pocket to the envelope.. see the card below with the monster out of the pocket. I took some die cut BOO and added some google eyes to the OO's and when you lift it out it's suppose to scare you with a BOO... Yea I know you can see through the vellum but I don't want to totally scare a little kid..

I cut her out because I liked the sentiment on the paper but once I  added the darling girl to the paper it covered up the words. SO I added Hi.. I love the way it came out..

 This is the fun card I made. I have this awesome piece of scrapbook paper from club scrap and it has these awesome plants on it. It works great with the outdoor scene I created. I used the image On the road from Doodle Pantry, this jeep reminds me of my sons jeep before wife and kids, it's a single persons vehicle for sure.. his was blue also.. and some stickers from Quick quote to complete the card..   OH I also made my card legal size.. I don't do it often but needed the space for the image.. I like.

Hello everyone and welcome to another fun challenge at Paper Pretties #327 SYMPATHY CARD

 

I am so sad when ever I use this stamp set because she reminds me of our dog, fur baby, 4 legged child, companion, girly girl Ginger who we lost last year in Oct. She was 15.5 yrs old so it was just old age but she looked just like this image. Lakeland terrier.. We Miss her daily.

 

Any how on to the challenge make a sympathy card. I know this one has a mess on the floor but I think the I'm sorry and if you wrote a sentiment on the inside reflection the sorry for your loss it would work.  I use the image message puppy which is a clear set

Welcome to Monday at Catch the bug for our ABC challenge..

That is Any thing But a Card ... I made this candy wrap.

 

I used the image Bobblehead Witch fly by

I made this image by printing her the size I thought it should be then cut little side tabs and punched a whole in each end then threaded a piece of twine and tied it around the pack of bubble gum. You could do this to a candy bar or box of pencils, crayons.. I used a little removable adhesive behind the image to hold it in place since the twine can move around and not keep it secure. It is quite cute..

Welcome to Monday and another fun challenge at Paper Makeup #157 -USE Sequins / Gems

 

I chose to use wine the other fruit for my card. This image is called guilty pleasures.  I love to see yellow and purple together and of course I love green and orange also so I pretty much touched all the bases for some of my favorite color combos. I am not so much a wine person, but I do like wine.. but it was a fun card to make. I'd rather eat the cheese and grapes..
I added the sequins because I was having a hard time trying to figure where to put the sequins, I know it is either or both but I wanted to touch all bases, so added the butterfly. That's another thing.. SHOULD I MAKE THE BUTTERFLY FLYING OFF THE CARD OR ONTO THE CARD???

Catch the bug challenge ATG woo hoo Any thing goes..

 

Always in need for birthday cards in the fall I made another one. This will be for one of my sons. One has a birthday in Oct and other one Nov.  I love his little funny face..oh this little guy is Birthday Ewe. I put glossy accents on his balloon and eyes and sprinkled a very very small amount of glitter on it while wet. Great look.

Welcome to the New Release from Catch the bug Ladybug flower

 

I thought this image needed to be a longer card vs. an A2 card. I printed the image out for an A2 but oh it was so small that I  thought the coloring of the flowers would be lost, little alone the bugs would be nothing.. LOL.

 

This was a fun card to color and I love the little bugs on the flowers. I thought it would make a great Happy birthday card so I just repeated the HB below the grass.
