smile - it's your birthday - Sunny Day Crafting #58

Wednesday October 25, 2017

Welcome to another fun challenge at Sunny Day Crafting #58
The challenge that the Yellow team is brining you is
Q - is for QUICK AND EASY

My card was inspired by a card I saw Nichol Spohr do last month.. I thought this would be perfect for the QUICK and EASY challenge.

I used My Favorite Things stamps and Stampin Up inks.  I stamped the swish mark in the darkest color first and center and then went with the next colors rotating the stamp right side up and up side down.. Not that it really has an top or bottom end. but you know what I mean.. I used the Misti as it made it easier and I had to stamp a few of the colors two or three times.  I then stamped the sentiment in black.. Love the rich black against the greens. I finished with some flat sequins.. I am thinking this would make an awesome masculine card..
Please check out the DT's inspirations over at Sunny Day Crafting challenge.

Very beautiful! Thank you for your entry and hope you'll join us again in our current Challenge at Word Art Wednesday. Just want to leave you with God's Word in 1 Corinthians 3:10-11 which says, "By the grace God has given me (Paul), I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ." Enjoy the weekend.
