Christmas wishes - Always Fun Challenge #83

Monday November 5, 2018

Welcome back to another challenge at
our theme WATER COLOR

So last year around spring time I created some of these background pieces. Taking water color paper and Kuretake paints and wetting the wc paper with the paints and then taking plastic wrap and laying it down on the wet paint and scrunching the plastic wrap up and setting it aside to dry. So I thought this looked a little like snow background. I stamped the Paper Trey ink image and colored with copics and then took Spectrum Noir sparkle pen and went over the snow areas. I heat embossed the Simon Says sentiment.  I love the CAS look.

Oh... I've never heard of the plastic wrap background technique. Going to have to try it as I LOVE your card. And... it does look like a snowscape. Thanks for joining us at QKR Stampede this week. DT Kathy [https://myasperations.blogspot.com]
