Hello
It's time for a new challenge over at
Crafty Catz #570
Our theme is
ANYTHING GOES
Of course since I am from Seattle and still live in Washington state but couple hours out of Seattle I had to use this land scape of the downtown Seattle with the Space Needle from Love you to bits. I love that we are on the Pacific ocean and water is never far away as long as you're in western WA. Since we get our fair share of rain I had to use this sentiment (don't know who it's by) I heat embossed it on some Stampin up vellum and added to a blue scrap. I created the blue gray clouds with my cloud template and Ranger ink. I added some Tech. Tues. birds and some Pretty Pink Posh jewels. The bottom water is Ranger ink.

I created this watercolor background awhile back. I was trying to get some different ideas on watercolor backgrounds and didn't like what I had done so I just spritzed the whole background and got this cool effect when it dried. So I chose this for the water background and using My Favorite Things images I painted with Mission Gold watercolors. I laid out the scene and it was missing a rock so I just used some gray copic and cut it out so it kinda looked like a rock. I heat embossed the sentiment.
