Hello

Wow how can it be May already.. We are finally getting out of some cold and weird weather and seeing more sun.. but still getting quite a bit of rain.. rain, sun, rain sun... LOL 

Well we have a new challenge month over at

Our theme is the usual

ANYTHING GOES WITH WATERCOLOR

This is my card.. I used a My favorite things stamp and dies. I did the circle die and added my cloud template and Ranger ink.. I then added the images on foam. The images were painted with Prima watercolors. I added the heat embossed sentiment. I just love these cute cute images.

I am using the image secret garden.. I colored the image with copics. I have a few favorite colors and my most go it I just couldn't use with this image.. SOOOOO.. I used Pink, Yellow, Green as my favorites.. I found some scraps digging through my big box of scraps and then added the Local King sentiment. I used Ranger ink to distress the edges.

Theme is ANYTHING GOES

I was given the scripture Isaiah 66:13a.. I wanted to create a card that was feminine since it's about a mothers love for her child.  I used some Ranger ink and distressed the edges. I added some scraps of Stampin up dies and found some left over die cuts that I created a flower and added a brad to the center.

Our theme is
Happy Birthday 

So I dug through my stash of backgrounds that I created. This one is a Gelli plate creation I did a long time ago.. I thought it looked so festive and could be a great masculine birthday card. I dug through my scraps and created the balloons using Simon Says die. I used Stampin up embossing folder for the blue balloon. I added the balloons on foam dots and tied string to the ends. I then die cut the Reverse Confetti sentiment using Tech. Tues. dies.

Time for a new challenge over at

Our letter this challenge is

B for BLOOMS

For my card I dug out a gelli plate creation I did many years ago. I then stamped some Simon Says images and fussy cut out. I colored with copics. I added some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the images. I stamped the Stampin Up sentiment and used a SU die and added a couple half pearls.

Time for another challenge over at 

Cardz 4 Galz #171

Our theme is

THINK PINK

I thought.. ok Pink.. hum  So I had some of these Stampin up pieces cut and I just happen to find this pink in my large scrap box.. in fact there were two of them.. what. those shouldn't of been there but it worked out perfect. So I added the dies to the pink then thought now what... So I look at my stamps that had dies and saw these cute Pretty Pink Posh flowers. So stamped a few and colored with copics. I added some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to them and then added them with foam dots to the card. I tried a few sentiments but nothing looked good for placement so left it blank. I finished with some left over diamond painting drills. (I have so many since I have been doing so many diamond painting kits.)

We have a new challenge going on over at

Our theme is 

TAG YOU'RE IT.. 

either tag or a tag on your card

I used kraft card stock and a Great Impressions script stamp and Quick Quote ink and created the background. I used a scrap of QQ dp and made it into a tag. I stamped the Spellbinder image and sentiment on some scraps and using My favorite things circle dies added the image to another piece of scrap. I used some Stampin up bronze cording and added to the background. I used QQ ink and distressed the tag. I added a ring that was colored with ink and stamped a design and added to the top of the tag along with a scrap of the cording. I added the banner sentiment.  Oh I added just a touch of color to the flower with copics.

Our theme is

FANCY / FUN FOLDS

The fun fold I created is Bridge Fold.. It's quite simple to create and to mail it out just fold left towards the center and the right side will lay flat giving you a flat fold for mailing. I used Stampin up card base. I added the DCWV designer paper. The feathers are from Simon Says and used paint chip samples for the colors. I added twine to the end of the feather area. I added the Santa Rosa sentiment and some Stampin Up hearts.
