Sketch challenge at I{heart}2stamp... the pink design behind the die cut circle are snowflakes cut in half..I just saw this at Scrap Biz / Suzanne Deans. I think next time I will do it on a plain die cut vs. the decorative edge I think the effect will be better. I let the paper five the greeting.

Stamping 411 Sketch challenge at Stamping 411 SSC179... On this card I tried to make the plants look like they have snow on them but it really did not show up on the computer photo unless you really really look. It's really pretty in person. Wish you were here to see it. :)

Sweet Sketch 77

Using this image in the Bugaboo "anything goes" and Sweet Sketch 77 challenge... This is a new challenge group for me. I love this little guy which was a free digi from Bugaboo Stamps. I am not sure how to color snow and tried a few different ways and finally said OK this is what it will be.. I give up or should I say pleased with what I got? I need some copic classes but where????

Our Creative Corner TAG challenge... I seldom make tags so this was fun to do. I think it came out pretty good. I used the quizzle to cut out the tag shape and I thought instead of a hole for the ribbon I would just loop it and make it part of the front decoration.

One card TWO challenges...Paper Pretties - making it clean and simple.. 7 Kids college fund - non traditional colors...I love this card this ornament stamp is sweet. It is really a simple card to make other than gluing down the bling it took no time at all.

Clean and Simple FTL118

One card two challenges...Clean and Simple FTL118 sketch...Paper Pretties theme clean and simple.... I made this simpler by not coloring in the deer just using stickles and some half pearls to dress him up. I like this card the DH says colors are weird for Christmas..OH WELL I like it and it's posted.

Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge WMSC25

One card THREE challenges...Waltzingmouse sketch WMSC25 ...BabyBud designs - theme Winter...Crazy 4 challenge C4C65 using script for background... I made a few cards last night but was too tired to post them so getting them done this morning before I head back into my craft room and take a stab at a few more. I came across this cute image (it was free - got to love that) from Babybud digi. Isn't she cute? They have some really cute images and I am just starting to try digi's and think I have it figured out what to do once I get them on my computer. Gesh what a learning experience but thanks to tutorials and U-tube I have it under control.

Sweet Stop sketch Sketch challenge Sweet Stop SSS83 and to decorate the inside of the card.... Another stamp set I got yesterday on my birthday trip to Oregon (we live in WA) I really like Hero Arts they have quite a variety of stamps and figured the trees can be used anytime not just for Christmas.

Sketch Waltzingmouse Sketch challenge at Waltzingmouse... Yesterday was my birthday and we went down to Portland Oregon (we live in SW WA) and I saw this cool stamp set from Hero Arts. We live in small city and limited to stamp stores and I mostly do online shopping so it was a joy to go to a real stamp store. We had an awesome day going out to dinner and hitting a few stores we don't have here. Now back to the card I love Ornaments and I like the brightness of these I love coloring them in and the little bling really make them pop.

One card TWO challenges...Spotted Chick using Kraft... Crazy 4 Challenge C4C using circles... Kraft is such a great base for most cards and love the colors for the circles to pull it all together and of course a little bling really helps to make it come alive.

I love paper piecing and this chair really came out cool with the paper choice I can just see this cat (which I am allergic to) curled in his little cat chair and thought the words were perfect for the cats point of view...

Waltzingmouse Sketch One card TWO challenges, Waltzingmouse sketch #23...& 365 tone on tone challenge... I have thought of this card and this idea since I got this stamp but until I was surfing the blogs tonight and came across a new blog (to me) the Waltzing mouse and the challenge sketch I knew this was the one to make the card happen. I also noticed at 365 cards that they had a tone on tone so hay that works. In real it looks more tone on tone my word program that I used to fix the images upgraded and it's not as friendly as the other one I used.

Sketch Stamping 411

Sketch challenge at Stamping 411 SSC177... I turned the sketch sideways to make the stamp work. I have so much embossing powder and never seem to use it like I use to but thought this really deserved the embossing powder to give it the winter look. I really like how it came out.

I was making cards last night for some challenges and found these letter stamps and thought I would give them a try. I do like the way it came out and the colors I used. It is bright but really pretty and you can kind of see the glitter I added to the background of the letters. I couldn't make it work for the challenge card which is OK as I came up with other cards.
