Happy Halloween.. We lay low as usual. We live in the country so the houses are quite a distance apart. So we have never had a trick or treater in the 21 years we've lived here..  This being a strange year I don't know what kids will do. We don't have a mall and most stores are being so careful. I hope everyone is safe.

I have another Thanksgiving card I made. I used Ranger ink and inked the background. I used a scrap and Impression Obsession wreath die and then stamped, copic colored and the Sugar Pea Design image. I used scraps and Simon Says leave die and added them to the card. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment with Stampin up ink.

This is my card using the image Sledging pup.. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud and ground template and Ranger ink. I added the Simon says sentiment and snowflakes using embossing powder. There are some white sparkle ones too. They are just hard to see. I added to a piece of pink card stock.

Hello.. Wow end of October.. Hope all is going well with you. Thanks for stopping by.. I have a card to share for the challenge going on over at Aud Sentiments #263

Our theme this two weeks is 

ANYTHING GOES  + SENTIMENT

We don't have a sponsor this challenge so I got to use what I wanted.. I first started with My favorite things line stamp and repeated the black stripes. I think I should of stamped a couple times to get rid of the blotchy areas but I didn't.   I then stamped the flowers from Simon says and colored them with copics. I knew it would be tricky cutting around the leaves so at first I went around with blue copic and fussy cut it out. When I laid it on the card I didn't like the blue so went over with black copic. I liked it better. I added it to the card with foam. I heat embossed the Simon says sentiment in gold.. I know it's hard to see in the photo but it's not that bad in person.. if you tilt it in the light to reflect the gold.. lol.. I wasn't going to re do my card.. I finished with Pretty Pink Posh jewels.

Hello.. I have another Thanksgiving card to share. This card was so easy to make. in fact I made two cause they were so easy. I found 4 pieces of awesome looking card stock. I then used Stampin up ink and stamped the Stampin up leaves and die cut out. I added them to the card base. I stamped the sentiment. Again an old red rubber with no name, on a scrap. I used Quick Quote ink to distress the edges.

I have another Thanksgiving card to share. I found a blue scrap and cute it down.  I used my ground template and Ranger ink to create the ground.  I stamped the trees it's an old wood block red rubber and no name?? I used copics and Prisma color pencils to color the trees. I die cut a frame and added it to the scene. Then I stamped and copic colored the Sugar Pea design fox and pumpkins. I found some scraps and using Simon Says leaves die cut and added the images to the scene. I used Stampin up ink and stamped the SS sentiment.

Well look what I made.. A Halloween card.. LOL.. I guess it tis the season.. This cute image called Patsy and Gizmo zoom on a broom  it had to be a Halloween card.. I colored the image with copics. I used a My favorite things circle die. I dug through my Recollection designer paper and found this black paper so I found Heidi Grace stamps and heat embossed the sentiment and two bats. I added the image on foam dots.

Our theme for these two weeks is

MASCULINE

You can't go wrong using a Art Impressions stamp.. I love their fun images and this is an old wood block image. I colored the image with copics  and created the back wall using the bolder end of the copic. I like the look it gives. I used Stampin up ink and Simon Say HEY! and Paper Pretties Happy Birthday..   This just made me smile while I made this card.

Our theme this week is

HALLOWEEN

Ok.. I had to do a Halloween card.. I really don't do them unless have to.. I have to, so I automatically thought of this fun stamp set from Tim Holtz.. I love these crazy birds and I have the accessories stamps and dies so it worked out. I chose this fun purple-ish blue color card stock. I stamped the images and colored with copics.  I found this strip of halloween paper by Recollections. I added it and then added the fun images. I finished with some Pretty Pink Posh jewels. I do like this card.. I do like Halloween if just never send cards out so I have a little pile.. guess I should send them out this year... hum..

Hello.. This is another Thanksgiving card I made. I used a Quick Quote scrap and colored the Sugar Pea Designs images. I added them to the oval and using Simon Says leaves die and scraps die cut them and added to the card. I heat embossed the sentiment from Simon Says. Before I adhered this down I used some Ranger ink and added it to the background

Hello.. It's time to share a card for the new challenge over at

Alphabet Challenge Blog

Our letter this time is "O" for OLD folks

For my card I used the image from Ladybug Crafts. I colored the image with copics and fussy cut the image out. I looked for some designer paper that would remind me of my grand parents wallpaper and found this paper from Basic Grey. I then took a kraft card stock and Paper Trey Ink wood grain and Stampin up ink and created the floor. I added a little base board using Quick quote chalk ink to give the kraft some color.  I thought the wall needed a sentiment that looked like a wall hanging so stamped the sentiment and using My favorite things dies cut them out. I added some twine and finished with an epoxy dot for the hanger holder.

This is Pony Christmas.. Isn't he just the cutest. I colored him with copics. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink to create the background. I used Lil inker stitch die. The sentiment is from Tech. Tues. and the Merry Christmas is from Simon Says.  I went over the snowflakes, ground, ribbon, hat ball and fur with Sprectrum Noir sparkle brush.

Hello.. I have a card to share for the challenge over at 

Colour Crazy Challenge wk. 42

Our theme is ANYTHING GOES

Our sponsor this week is ODDBALL ART

I am using the image called Nixi spirit of the sea mermaid

I first created the background using ShinHan watercolor paints. I set it aside to dry. I then used Paul Ruben metallic watercolors and painted the little mermaid image. I tried to be careful as I printed the image on card stock vs. watercolor paper.. It came out ok. The metallic paints are so pretty. I then fussy cut the image out. I dug through my watercolor die cut images and found these My favorite things sea grass and fish. I also found a couple other greenery so added them. The sentient is also from Oddball. I finished with some clear jewels.

 I hope you can see the metallic paints better on the mermaid in this close up..

I love that I am using my OLD Red Rubber Stamps..   This awesome stamp is from Carmen's Veranda. I colored the image with Prisma Colored pencils.  I heat embossed the Tech. Tuesday sentiment on a piece of scrap and added it to the card front. I distressed around the card with Quick Quote chalk ink.

Hello.. I had a request for some Thanksgiving cards so I made some that I will be posting in the next few days.  This is an old Petuluma stamps. I stamped in on a Kraft color scrap. I colored with copics. I used a little Prisma colored pencil. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment with Stampin up ink. I used the thin frame die and die cut the image out. I used a copic to color the frame part. I added it then with some scraps and Simons Says die cut the little leaves and added them.

Hello everyone.. 

We have a new challenge over at 

Cardz 4 Guyz #256

Our theme for these two weeks is 

COLORS OF AUTUMN

For this card I did the baby wipe technique.. I laid the baby wipes in a shallow tray and dropped some Stampin up reinkers on the whips.  I then used Stampin up leave stamps and a few Simon Says smaller filler leaves and stamped the background. I took a My favorite things grass die and some scraps and added to the bottom of the card. I stamped this OLD red rubber stamp with no name on it Pheasant. I colored with copics and fussy cut it out. Then stamped the Tech. Tues. sentiment and heat embossed. I used a SU punch and added this to a scrap of SU card stock that I used a Spellbinder die on.

Our theme this week is MONSTERS

I chose to use the Taylored Expressions monsters and sentiment. I used My favorite things circle die, scraps and added this to the base. The ring part I added with foam dots.. I stamped and used copics to color the images. I cut them out and added to the card. For the sentiment I went around the words with copic pen. I went over parts of the image with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.
