Hello.. It's December already.. Hope your weather is great and you're getting ready for the holidays. It's always a busy time of the year.. but I hope you have time to play along with our challenge.

Our theme is SHABBY CHIC / VINTAGE

I DO NOT DO Shabby Chic/ Vintage so let me tell you.. This card was very very hard for me to create. I found this awesome Moda dp so started with that and using Versa Mark smudged the edges and heat embossed the gold. I then used Tim Holtz bird cage and bird die and cut them out three times and layered them. I heat embossed the gold on the cage. I used Ranger inks and colored the bird then clear embossed it. Both were embossed three times. I added some lace I had below the cage. I add these cute lacy hearts by Webster pages. I added the bird then added Kaiser Craft flowers. I added a key sticker and heart acrylic stickers. The sentiment is from Simon Says and heat embossed and I used a Stampin Up tag die. I finished with a ribbon at the top of the cage.

This image is Stella clean vodka..  What a funny lady.. I colored the image with copics. I added her to My minds eye designer papers that I distressed the edges with Ranger ink. I added twine and a button..

This image is called Autumn wreath girl. I colored her with copics. I used My favorite things circle die.. I added her to a piece of Moda scraps designer paper and using Stampin up ink stamped the Paper trey ink sentiments. I went over the flowers with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.

This cute image is Christmas Shopping... sadly it's almost time for Christmas.. Of course I haven't done any shopping but truth be told. I usually send checks to the grand kids.. I know its sad.. but I seldom see them so this is the best way.  Any how for my card I found some Echo park designer paper and created the background first. I used Simon says scallop die to cut the red strip. I then set it aside and colored the image with copics. I used Simon says rectangle die and mounted this onto a piece of Stampin up gray. I added the image to the background. I heat embossed the My favorite things sentiment and used MFT banner die. I added a bling as a button to her dress and Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the holly, ribbon and shoes.

I am using the image called Ava mistletoe fairy  . I colored her with copics. I used Taylored Expressions postage die. I found some no name designer paper to add the image to. I stamped the Paper trey ink sentiments and using Spellbinder dies to cut them out. I added some twine and goosebumps.

Our theme this challenge is WINTER / CHRISTMAS

I am using the image called Tweet sounds.. I colored the image with copics.  I went around the edge of the piece with Ranger ink. I was digging through my drawer of card stock that I always cut to A2 size and found this pretty embossed designer paper that came in a Simon Says monthly kit months ago.. I thought it was perfect as it was textured and pretty with out having a printed pattern to take away from the image. I stamped the Lawn fawn sentiment and then fussy cut around it.  I finished with some sequins and Nuvo drops in the center of them. I added some glitter to her wings and some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the horn and halo.

This image is snowman cocoa.. I found this DCWV designer paper so I went with those colors. I used copics. I added white dots using a white gel pen. I then used My favorite things die and added the image to the base. I stamped the Pretty Pink Posh sentiment and cut it out. I used Stampin up ink. I added Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the cocoa and marshmallows.

Our theme this week is SNOWMAN

I am using the image called Snowman's gift.. I colored this image with copics. I went over the snowmans body and ground snow with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I used My favorite things stitch die. I found this fun designer paper so added the image to a piece of card stock mat then the dp. I added Stampin up silver twine. The sentiment is from Lawn fawn and used Tech. Tues. banner dies.

My dear friend and I get together often and this time I went and made some cards. She sells Stampin up so I made a card using this fun stamp set and SU inks and papers.  I don't know the name of the stamp/paper/inks but I sure love them. It felt weird not breaking out the copics or paints.. lol. But I liked just using inks. I love the colors.

This is another wood block red rubber stamp.. I think it's by Co-Motion.. There is ink on the side and it cant be read.

I stamped it image and colored with copics. I used gold stickles for the flame and dots and some Jo-Ann designer paper for the background.

This image is AKV fall leaves.. I thought this image reminded me of my kids playing in the leaves when they were just wee ones.. So that's why I used the Tech. Tues. sentiment. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink to create the sky. I mounted this on a piece of brown card stock and heat embossed the sentiment. I added this to Authentique designer paper. I finished with some Pretty pink posh jewels.

This image is called Dachshund thru the snow.. cute name.. I dress my dogs in little cloths during the colder months and they seem to like it. I have little Christmas shirts for them this time of the year.  I loved the cute hat and scarf for this fun image. I colored him with copics. I added the Sugar Pea designs sentiment and the Simon Says Merry Christmas stamped with Stampin up ink. I went over the hat and ornament with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I added this to a piece of designer paper and finished with some sequins and Nuvo drops to the center.

 This image (I think it's an older one but new to the store.. I could be wrong??  Anyway it's always fun to make card using fun images from Bugaboo.. I first cut the image out using My favorite things stitch die. I then colored the image with copics. I die cut out of scraps using Simon says scallop strip and added to the image. I added this to a piece of Stampin up designer paper and added a ribbon. I added some Sequins and Nuvo drops to the sequins. I stamped the Paper Trey ink sentiment with Stampin up ink.

There's Snow one like you - Crafty Sentiments

Hello.. I have a card to share for the challenge over at 

Crafty Sentiments.

Our theme this week is CHRISTMAS

This is my card using the image called Mr. and Mrs. Snow.  I loved coloring this image. I am not ready for snow but I am ready for making Christmas cards with these cute snowpeople.. I used copics and then used My favorite things stitch die. I mounted this to DCWV designer paper and then digging through the scrap box found this awesome scrap for the sentiment. I heat embossed the Simon Says sentiment. I used Stampin up and Tech. Tues. dies to cut the sentiment out.  I went over the snow people and snow with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush and added some bling to the bottom of the sentiment. 

Challenges:
As you like it - traditional / cute Christmas (Cute is my choice any day.. Look at this cute image. Sure to bring a smile to anyone.)

Hello.. Today being Monday I have a project to share  

ANYTHING BUT a CARD over at Catch the bug

So for this project I used the image called Kidz rose girl..  So silly me I made this into a card front then remembered I needed it to be anything but a card.. so I just used some adhesive and added this to the gift bag.. Problem solved. I colored the image with copics. I used Lil inker die and mounted this to a piece of Stampin up purple card stock. I added this to a piece of Jellibean soup lime green. I stamped and heat embossed the Kolette Hall sentiment on a piece of the purple SU paper and then cut a banner in white with a Tech. Tues. banner die. added this to the piece and then added some sequins and added some Nuvo drops to the centers of the ones with holes in them. I went over the flowers with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.

Our theme this week is THANK YOU

 So I was digging through my scraps and found this awesome Quick Quote scrap. So I let it do the work for me.. Love cards like that.. I found this gray scrap also from QQ so using My favorite things THANKS die I cut it out three times and layered them. I then heat embossed in white the Stampin up sentiments. I fussy cut around it and added this with some foam dots. I added the designer paper to a piece of card stock.. I went over the THANKS with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.

Hello.. It's time for a new challenge over at Catch the bug

Our theme this week is BINGO

I used the bottom row for my BINGO.. Ribbon / Button / Sparkle

I also used the image called BD ewe trio which can be found in the Bugaboo store..

I colored the images with copics and then used My favorite things stitch die. I found this Make an impressions sentiment and added this below along with some banners using MFT dies and glitter paper. I added the ribbon/twine and button to the side. The background paper is DCWV. I went over the balloons and eyes with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.
