BIRTHDAY TREATS
This is my card using the image Birthday treats.. I colored with copics. I went over the sprinkles and heart on the apron with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I went around the edges with Ranger ink for the background. I added to a couple scraps in my big box of scraps. . I stamped the sentiment from Simon Says.
