I made this card for a co-worker and dear friend. I saw this technique by Dawn McVey and loved the idea and had to try it. I will be doing more of this. I did not dry emboss the white paper as she did and next time I may try it, I do love how it came out though. What you do is take refill ink in colors you think work well together.. drip a few drops (behind the sentiment) and take a drinking straw and blow it in a direction you want, then take another color and drip it in the same area and again the straw and so on and so forth till your please with what you have. Then use the sentiment to cover the glob of inks you want to blow dry or set aside to dry. I used su and ranger refills, pti stamp and die, te die, su die, ribbon, su card base, su scraps, string of pearls and blue ink
