Season's Greetings - Colour Crazy Challenge #47

Friday November 29, 2019

Hello.. Welcome back to an new challenge over at

Our theme is always ANYTHING GOES

Our sponsor is The Paper Shelter

This cute image is Christmas Shopping... sadly it's almost time for Christmas.. Of course I haven't done any shopping but truth be told. I usually send checks to the grand kids.. I know its sad.. but I seldom see them so this is the best way.  Any how for my card I found some Echo park designer paper and created the background first. I used Simon says scallop die to cut the red strip. I then set it aside and colored the image with copics. I used Simon says rectangle die and mounted this onto a piece of Stampin up gray. I added the image to the background. I heat embossed the My favorite things sentiment and used MFT banner die. I added a bling as a button to her dress and Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the holly, ribbon and shoes.

Sweet card, the image reminds me of a lady from the 1940's Christmas Shopping in the City. Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Funday Challenges and best of luck in the draw. Donna - DT Member
