I am using this fun image Flo... I had a hard time trying to figure what image I wanted to use. JMC Designs has so many cute images. I am glad I chose this one. I colored her with copics. I used some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I used Lil inker stitch die. I added some ribbon and a Paper Pretties sentiment. I finished with some Stampin up flowers and Martha Stewart leaves. I added a little bling dot to the flower centers.
