You're sweet as honey - Catch the bug

Saturday October 27, 2018

Welcome to another challenge at Catch the bug
Our theme is COLORS
I am using the image called BEE FLOWER

This is the color chart to follow

For my card I used some 12x12 designer paper that I cut into A-2 size pieces and this one happened to have the great blues I needed. I then took a piece of white paper and used a stencil I created using a PTI background die that looks like honey combs. I stenciled in Ranger inks and embossed it. I then used a My favorite things die to cut the honey comb shape. I colored the Bee Flower image with copics. I added some Spectrum Noir to the wings. I used a MFT circle die to cut the image out. I then used MFT sentiment and embossed it. I added some sequins to complete my card.
Challenges:
Word art Wednesday wk. 358-359 - anything goes
Jo's scrap shack #257 - anything goes
QKR stampede #319 - anything goes
Crafty catz #435 - anything goes/opt. Halloween

Great take on the color scheme. That image is just too cute and the sentiment is perfect.
