Card Patterns sketch 132
One card and TWO challenges.. 1) Card Patterns sketch 132
http://cardpatterns.blogspot.com/
2) Our Creative Corner - wonderful window with a die http://ourcreativecorner6.blogspot.com/

I knew I wanted to use this vellum quote so needed a long card but bummer that I was having a hard time keeping it big enough but small enough to go through the big shot. I really had to cut it down as those machines are not that wide. But I used the spellbinder and cut the window and then glued in the vellum quote. It looked quite plain behind so I took the stamp set from Gina K and did some soft flowers behind them to give a silhouette look. I was quite pleased with the way it came out. Just bummed that I had to loose the width length so much for the die to work. I think now that I see it I should of lightly sponged window opening so it gave some depth. But its made and I do like it.
Paper: Club Scrap, Quick Quote vellum saying.. Ink: various colors for the butterflies, Color box chestnut roan.. Stamp: Gina K botanicals.. Accessories: SU butterfly die, Viva pearl pen.
