I was a winner over at Penny's Paper Crafty in June, so I got the chance to be a
Guest designer over there in August.
Challenge #528
This is my card using the cute image Birthday Girl from All Dressed Up.
I colored her with copics. I went over the cake and her bows with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I used My favorite things stitch die. I added her to a piece of scrap and using part of the sentiment from Simon says and Stampin up I added the sentiment.
