I am using the image Happy flower rainbow from Fred she said.. I colored with copics. I used My favorite things die and added to a piece of DCWV dp. I added the ribbon and Stampin Up punched heart. The sentiment is from Simon Says and heat embossed. I used SU dies to layer the sentiment. I finished with some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the flowers.
