  This is my fun card using the image Rainy Raymond.. I know men can be compassionate towards others who are in need and thought this would be a great I'm here for you. I wanted it bright and cheery but still have the effect of the rain. I used a Tim Holtz stencil for the rain drops and then used a blue and yellow Ranger ink for the sentiment strip. I put some water spots on it but because it's not real dark it's hard to see them. I loved coloring his cloths and making him come to life. I hope you go over to Inspiration Destination and play along.
