It's Tuesday and it's new release at Catch the bug http://catchthebugblog.blogspot.com/ and today is the prim angel. Fun little guy/gal to color and I like making small cards so kept it small. That's one thing I like about digi's is that you make it the size you want not the size the stamp is. Now don't get me wrong that I don't like stamps/rubber because I have a craft room full of them but it's just nice to be able to size the digi's for when you just need that smaller image of the certain image. Any how I love the bright colors of this little one.

I was surfing the blogs and came across this cute image over at Glitter Geeks.. It was take their image cute little Rudy Reindeer and make a card or project.. Well had to give the little guy a try.. I thought he looked confused so added the birds to the antlers and the saying as I thought it went with the look.. I love how it came out.

I decided to turn the sketch and this is what I came up with. I know DH said he did not care for this as he does my others something was just off.. I don't know ..maybe I'm just tired of making Christmas cards and he's tired of seeing them..

Tip: If you can not find the right paper for the background and you are trying to make the card fit another requirement, in this case DOTS, use a stamp or stamps to make your own background.

Well I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.. and today you got into some nice elastic waistband pants and got to veg all day and cyber shop... We went to my sons home which he lives a couple hours away unless you try to go on a holiday then it doubles the time.. I don't know how I lived in the big city for so many years.. I sure am spoiled living in the country and small town life. Although I did see some stores up there that we don't have here. By my sons they put in a Hobby Lobby.. Only time I have ever been in one is in Missouri when I have visited and that is about every 10-15 yrs..and I loved it.. that does not cut it in my book.. All in all it was a great time and the usual 2.5 hr drive home so that was nice. I did not make it out for black Friday. I never have tried it and after seeing the news today I don't see myself ever doing it.. how crazy some can get.
