It's time for another challenge over at
Theme: Anything goes
I stamped the bear from Stampin up, and colored with copics. I used SU designer papers. The sentiment is from Simon Says along with the confetti on the sentiment piece. I added the cute cup for him to hold. I thought of using a heart but the cup caught my eye..
