I am using the image called Coolest chick ever.. I colored the image with copics. I then had a stencil I created from a background die from Paper Trey Ink. I used Ranger ink and did the soft background.. looks too soft in the posting but in real it's noticable.. I added some Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the glasses and some gems to the corners. I added  Pretty Pink Posh jewels. The sentiment is from the digi set. I used some Ranger ink to distress the edges.
