Sending birthday joy - Aud Sentiments #251

Thursday May 14-25, 2020

Hello.. I have a card to share for the new challenge over at

Our theme this week is ANYTHING GOES + SENTIMENT

This is my card using a pre stamped Simon Says image on water color paper. I used some Confections Prima paints and painted the flowers and background. I wasn't happy with the way the flowers came out and dull so I went over the flowers with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I flicked some Bronze ink over the card. I liked it a little better after that. I then die cut the Simon Says Sending 4 times and adhered together and heat embossed the SS sentiment and added under the Sending.. I finished with some metallic Pretty Pink Posh jewels.

  1. Billie, this is stunning! I love the bright colours with the simple monochrome sentiment and that blue background is so beautiful against your sunny flowers. Stay well
