This week's theme is ANYTHING GOES
This is my card using the image called Tulips.. I thought it would be perfect for a birthday but I also thought Mother's day would also work. Since I have been making a lot of mothers day cards lately I went with birthday. I colored the image with copics and used Lil inker stitch die. I dug through some scraps and found the background paper. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment and cut out.
