Hello.. I have a card to share for the fun challenge 

going on over at Do-Al(l) creative #40

Our theme this month is ROCKER CARD

I had to U-tube to find out how to do a rocker card.. This was fun to create and make a little scene. It's awesome the way it rocks too. I used my Martha Stewart circle die template thingy.. I then used a Paper Trey Ink lacy die and Quick Quote scraps.. I stamped the Simon Says image and colored her with copics. I used Newton's nook stencil with Ranger ink for the wavy background. I went over her tail with glitter. I stamped some My favorite things coral and I had a QQ anchor that I added. The sentiment is from Simon says. I used Lil inker stitch die to cut her out and the backing piece is from Club scrap.

Today over at Bugaboo stamps 

we have a new release.

This cute image is called Spring bird in summer dress. I created a Mother's day card. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink. I went over the bee, flower, bow and ladybug with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I die cut the Paper Trey Ink tag and stamped the PTI sentiment. I tied a twine bow and colored it with a copic pen. I added to a piece of Stampin up designer paper.

Some "Bunny" Loves you - Crafty Sentiments - Easter

Welcome to my blog. I have a card I made for the new challenge going on over at Crafty Sentiments.

Our theme this week is EASTER

So this is my card using the cute image called Isobel Bunny Suit..   I colored the image with copics, I used my cloud template and Ranger ink. I went over the flowers, egg, heart and bunny ears with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I cut the piece down. I added to some black card stock. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment and added to the card.

Hello friend - Always Fun #156

Hello.. I have a card that I made for the challenge going on over at Always Fun Challenge #156 

Our theme this week is RAINBOW

So with my card I decided to go with the Rainbow colors vs. an actual rainbow.. I took a bunch of rainbow scrap colors and cut them to various widths and adhered them down to a scrap of paper. I then die cut the Paper Trey Ink phone and Simon Says Sentiments stamped with Stampin Up ink.  I layered the phones 4 times and then using the Stampin up heart die cut out the stripe heart and sentiment heart. I then added them to the card base. I added some gems to the phone base. I laugh when I see this phone as that is the type of phone I grew up with. That is also why I did it in black as that was the colors that the rotary phones came in.

It's time for a new challenge at Catch the bug

This Saturday is a photo challenge.. 

So for my card I am using the image called Attitude car.  I used Stampin up trees and leaves and SU ink. I then filled in the pink flower look with copics.. Just dotting the area to make it look full. I went around the top of the card with some Quick Quote chalk ink. I then colored the image with copics and created the ground. I added this to a piece of brown card stock and then a Quick quote scrap. I stamped the Taylored Expressions sentiment.

Hello - Bugaboo Stamps Free Friday

Hello.. I have a fun card I made with the Free Friday image from Bugaboo Stamps.

This fun image is called Garden Bunny.. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink then used Simon Says rectangle die. I layered onto a piece of Stampin up card stock and using the same color used the My favorite things hello die. I added a scrap flower and leaf left over from another project that the colors just didn't work.

I am using the image called Casual Boy. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink. I used a Simon Says rectangle die to cut him out. I added him to some pieces of scraps, then onto the Kraft paper. I stamped the My favorite things sentiment and added a twine bow. I found some chipboard stars left over from a scrapbook page kit I had so I used Quick Quote chalk ink and colored them and added to the card.

This is Earlie Hedgehog Dandelion Fuzzy Puss.. Isn't she a cutie. I colored her with copics. I use a very light copic pen and colored the background. I went over the flower and dandelion with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I stamped the Paper Trey Sentiment with Stampin up ink. I used Simon Says rectangle die then I added a few Pretty Pink Posh jewels. I added to a piece of designer paper.

this is the color challenge for this week

Pink, Purple, White

This is my card. I used Pretty Pink Posh images and stamped the images on water color paper and using Prima confessions paints painted the flowers and leaves. I used the dies. I laid out the images. I then used some light purple card stock and Simon Says hello die and cut out 4 times and stacked. I then used dark purple Stampin up card stock and heat embossed in white Simon Says sentiment. I used a Stampin up tag die and added to the card along with the hello.. I added some Stampin up and Pretty Pink Posh jewels. I went over the flowers and hello with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.

Happy Mother's Day - Crafty Sentiments

Hello.. I am back with another challenge that is going on over at Crafty Sentiments.

Our theme this week is ANYTHING GOES

This is Lilly.. She is so cute.. I made her into a Mother's Day card.. I colored her with copics. I went over the shoes and flowers on her dress with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I took a C1 copic and created the background. I used a Simon Says rectangle die to cut her out.  I added her to a yellow piece of card stock. I took a yellow scrap and  Stampin up ink and stamped the Mama Elephant sentiment and cut it out.

Hello .. We have a new challenge this week at 

Always Fun Challenge #155

Our theme this week is BIRTHDAY WISHES.

For January the Simon Says box of the month subscription had an awesome stamp set. I chose to use the floral frame. I stamped and colored with copics on gray Stampin up card stock. I used Paper Trey ink and stamped the Happy Birthday. It fit perfect in that area. I then went around the straight edge with a gold gel pen. I went over the flowers with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I added some sequins and Nuvo drops.  I wish you could see this in person. The gray card stock is awesome with the image and colors.

Heather Valentin - Colour of Love 

 I am using the image called Cliff the stork.. I thought perfect for a baby card. So I made a generic one. Could be either sex.. I colored the image with copics. I then stamped the Paper Pretties sentiment with Stampin up ink I took a piece of twine and using a pink and blue ran the pens over the twine to give the blue/pink colors. I tied around the strip and using Simon says small hearts and scraps I die cut 6 and layered them to give some strength. I went over the dots on the stork bundle with Spectrum Noir and over the hearts.

This image is called Bear Balloon.. So I went for a baby card. I colored the image with copics. I used used an old Rubber baby buggy bumper wood mountedd stamp and using Quick quote chalk ink. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink. Then cut the card down. I added to a piece of scrap Quick quote paper. I stamped the Taylored Expressions sentient. I went over the balloon with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.

Hello.. It's time again for another challenge over at 

Crafty Sentiments. 

Our theme this week is SPRING IS COMING

This is the card I made for the challenge. I am using Isobel appletree.. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink. I found this pretty spring flowers Stampin up designer paper so used it for the background. Digging through my scraps I found this strip of yellow so using Stampin up ink stamped the hello.. I added some hearts.  We have apple trees in our little orchard and love making apple sauce. Plus a neighbor lady has a couple apple trees so we pick them and we always put some in the extra refer we have and they last a long time. The trick is to save egg crate sheets that come when you buy the 5 doz. pack. That way the apples have air and last a long time. In fact just used the last two we had 2 weeks ago..
