This week it's ANYTHING GOES
I am using the image called B Brat girl balloon sitter.. which in in the Bugaboo store. I dug through my scraps and found these so then I used copics and those colors to color the image. I went over the balloon and her shoes with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush (also wishing) I used Simon says Wishing die and cut it out about 3 times and added this to the card and then added the image and using MFT banner die added the SS sentiment. I added an acrylic dot.
