This image is Fanny March.. I used H2O's to paint her dress, shoes and clovers in her hair so it's quite shimmery.. I used copics for her skin and hair. I used scraps to piece together the background and then used My favorite things stitch die to cut her out. I finished with Simon Says sentiment and sequins.
