Well I was in a crafty mood to try to paint a water scene. I like the boat and life saver but I wanted to make a scene that was unusual. So I took out my little tin of Ranger and Stampin up re-inkers and painted in the water and sky.. on a separate piece of paper I stamped the boat and life saver and painted with the re-inkers. I fussy cut them out. I laid them down on the paper and just didn't work.. What was I to do with the life saver.. So I drew in the anchor and painted it. I then hung the life saver on the anchor.. now it looked better. I took a white gel pen and gave white cap effects. I stamped the sentiment and added this to the card. I think it's a fun scene. I love the large anchor.

ReplyDeleteGreat inking of the background. We are truly blessed that you joined our Challenge earlier this month at Word Art Wednesday. There's still time to join our current Challenge and we'd love to see back. Leaving you with the inspiration of God's Word found in Isaiah 43:10 which says, “You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me." Have a great day!
