time to RELAX - Catch the bug Saturday challenge

Welcome to a new challenge at Catch the bug and our theme for this challenge is "MAKE A SPLASH"
 
 
I created my card by using Mission water color paints and then splattered some paints on top. I stamped the Simon says sentiment. I used the Bugaboo image called Pup Summer which you can find in the Bugaboo store
I fussy cut the image out and used some glossy accents on his glasses. I added him to the splash of water and then added some sequins.
