Smile - everything will be okay - Bugaboo new release

Welcome to Bugaboo new release day and catch the awesome creations over at Catch the bug..
 
 
This image is called Nurse and child.. I colored the image with copics. I then used Simon says die and added this to Basic gray designer paper. I used My favorite thing smile die and sentiment. The sentiment is embossed. I added some Spectrum noir sparkle pen to the smile.
