So are you superstitious person?? Cause today is Friday the 13th.. I don't think I am but I know I sometime do the throw salt over your shoulder if I turn over the shaker.. or I don't walk on a side walk crack.. but are those cause I am superstitious or because it was a childhood thing?? although those childhood days are WAY WAY behind me.. LOL..
Well today is Free Friday at Bugaboo and so it's a lucky day.. Take a look at the fun projects that the design team did over at
This fun image is called Bug brat boy bugs A few years back I created some gelli plate pages for backgrounds and today I am using one of them. So for my card I pulled the colors from the gelli plate colors and using copics I colored the image. I love the colors and feel they are masculine .. what guy doesn't look good in lavender or maroon.. for the texture on his pants I used a scrap of levi and copic 0.. the colorless blender. I added my cloud template for the sky and Ranger ink. When the image was done I used My favorite things stitch die and cut him out. I dug through my scraps of water color pieces and found this awesome piece so I stamped the Stampin Up sentiment and cut the end at a slant. I added some twine around it and using an orange brad I added this to the twine knot area. I am loving the cute image and colors. Oh the gelli plate piece I used bubble wrap to give that circle pattern.. it also reminded me of the baseball by his foot.
