the theme this months is Pattern Paper and Happy Birthday
I used Basic Gray designer paper for this card. I die cut the sentiment with My Favorite Things die and then adhered to the card base. I tied twine to the bottom and used Martha Stewart punch for the ferns and Stampin Up punch for the flowers. I added Nuvo drops to the inside.
