This image is GIRLZ CELEBRATE.. I colored the image with colored pencils. I used a My favorite things die. I layered on black and added Simon says sentiment and heat embossed. I added this to Club scrap dp and added some bling. I went over the balloons with Spectrum Noir sparkle pen and a little white gel pen.
