Hello and hope you are having a great weekend and a wonderful blessed Mothers day. I know I will be getting calls from my children who are out of state and my son and daughter in law will take us out to dinner. We live about 2 hours away but they come down here. I hope you are with loved ones.
Well we have a new Sketch at Catch the bug for our Stella Says Sketch challenge #510.. You can turn the card or keep it as it is and play along.
This is the sketch
For my card I wanted to use this image..Bug punky kidz So I was digging through a pile of scraps on my desk and found this awesome XOXOXO paper and thought ok this is what I want to use. I trimmed it down a little and then used a Simon Says triangle image and Ranger inks and did the strip above. I then took and OLD Dot's stamp and stamped Happy Birthday. I colored the image with copics, I added white gel pen to a few areas and Spectrum Noir pen to the blue dotted items. I added a Stampin up butterfly and added pearls down the body. I mounted the image on foam dots.. Oh the border around her was with a ruler and copic pen so it looks like it's mounted on a peachy piece of card stock.. but no it's just copic pen giving that effect.
