Ok how cute is this little girl??? Darling.
SO did you hear me screeeeeemmmmm???? I had to cut apart a stamp.. I had the tiny birthday but needed a happy.. so I did surgery and had to cut the stamp apart.. I hate doing that but it was necessary.. I wanted the balloons to be a birthday statement.. I used some bright fun colors and colored her bright colors and love the look.
