Paper Pretties #317 - Rainbow color inspiration / Friends

It's a new challenge at Paper Pretties #317 - RAINBOW INSPIRATION
 
I chose to use rainbows in the background paper and then the rainbow colors in the coloring of the image. I love rainbows but not a fan of the image for a card.  I used the image best friends stamp set from Paper Pretties.
