Catch the bug / Bugaboo new release / March

Tuesday March 4, 2014

Today is Tuesday and that is new release at day at Catch the bug / Bugaboo  March block
I was not sure what I wanted to do with this March image as I already have a march calendar which I posted Sunday.. Then I thought I need a sketch booklet. I am always drawing out card designs during the day and then throw them in my purse and at the end of the week I clean my purse out and staple them together.. Well I thought why not make a monthly sketch pad. I really like the idea and I can just keep it at work and when an idea comes to me... there is my pad.
I wanted it nice and bright. I love yellow and blues so that was my choice for the colors. I had some scraps left over from other projects so used that and to hide the staples I used washi tape at the top and it was awesome that I had the right color tape..

  3. Now this is a perfect idea ..I do the same with sketching card design ideas . but usually mine are on scraps of paper or a paper napkin or on the back of an old envelope in my purse .And we all know what usually happens to those ...don't we?

  4. Fun image. I works great on a card and would be really super on a scrapbook page too. I love your idea to write down card ideas in a book and then staple them together at the end of the day - I am going to make me a little book too. Thanks so much for sharing this with us in the Squigglefly challenge!
