This card is so simple to make when you have the whole stamp image and frame. I just added the sentiment inside the square.. I was thinking of adding a banner to the top but couldn't figure out the right color to use and thought it would make the card too busy. So I just used some scraps of dark navy blue to pop the color and colored the image. I did put wink of Stella on the "make a wish" and the balloons. I hope you find time to get over and pick up this free image before it's gone
