Happy Little Stamper Watercolor challenge

ANYTHING GOES - WATER COLORED

My dear friend sells Stampin up and every month she has  zoom bingo and a group of us (about 6-8 ladies) play about 4-5 games.. We pay a small amount and have fun. The ladies are local and out of state.. Love zoom.. The winning amout we get is put towards Stampin up products. So I was a winner a few times.. I am using one of the stamp sets I won for this months challenges on the different DT's I am on.. This is from the By my side stamp set. I stamped the images and using Prima watercolors and Paul Ruben metallic painted the background and the image.. I used some left over diamond drills to give some sky bling.

I am using the image called Woof Christmas. I colored with copics. I went over the bulbs and ornament with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I used My favorite things stitch die. I used Kraft card stock and a Stampin up embossing folder and then added the image and some ribbon and banners. I added a few diamond painting drills that I have left over from other paintings.

Our theme is

SPOOKY HALLOWEEN or 

ORANGE / PURPLE / BLACK

For my card I dug into my scrap box and pulled out different orange/purple looking scraps. I cut into strips and then adhered them to a scrap and cut the piece down. Now I was wondering what to add to the front. digging through my dies I saw this spider web and thought ok perfect. The web and spiders are from Taylored Expressions. I added them and added Spectrum Noir sparkle brush to the spiders and few places on the web.. you know that dewy glisten that webs have.. I used Lil inker die for the letters and did BOO and EEK  which I am sure what the spider says BOO and I end up saying EEK

I am the host for this challenge so I chose the theme.

Our letter this challenge 

O - for OUTERSPACE

I used a black card stock and a Stampin up stencil and texture paste and created the background. I set it aside to dry then stamped and colored the astronaut with copics and die cut him out. I found a piece of scrap and stamped the earth and used the die. I heat embossed the sentiment. These are from My favorite things.

It's time for a new challenge over at

Our theme this challenge is

Halloween or Orange/Purple/Black

I stamped the Newtons nook image on watercolor paper and using Prima paints I painted the whole card. I waited till dry then did the bleed proof white stars and added some copic grass. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment on a scrap and also used that same scrap and die cut the bats and added them.. I don't really celebrate halloween only cause no one comes here as we live too far away from people and small kids.  It was fun using this cute stamp set.

Our theme is

Autumn colors

For my card I got to use a friends Stampin up set.. I used Stampin up ink and stamped the images. I fussy cut out the pomegranate and two leaves behind it. I added the Tech. Tues. sentiment and went around the edge with Ranger ink. I love those colors and I love Pomegranates.. Yes they take a long time to get the seeds out and sometimes messy but oh so good.

I am using a free image called  A pitcher of daisies.  I colored with copics. I went over the center of the flowers with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush and the pitcher with the sparkle.. I had a new embossing folder from Stampin up and using Stampin up purple card stock ran it through my machine.  then used some gold ink and just skimmed the top edges to give some color. I cut down the image and stamped the Stampin up sentiment. I went around the edges with Ranger ink and added to the card stock.

For my card all products are from Stampin up.. This is the front of the card. I cut the papers (flowers) so that they all went together in order of cutting. The front piece is half adhered to the green. See next photo

This is the inside of the card. This is where the flowers are in order of cutting. Perfect place for a vertical sentiment.

We have a new challenge over at

Alphabet challenge

Our letter this challenge is 

N - for NATURE

This is my card. All products are from Stampin up.  I cut the oval out of the center of the blue card stock. I cut a smaller oval out of the designer paper. The butterflies are a stamp and used the dies to cut and then cut them apart. they die cut as one piece. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of Kraft and used a stitch die. I cut small strips of the red dp and added them.   See more photo below

This white piece is scored and folded and adhered to the inside of the card. The dp oval is added to inside fold of the card. The non folded edge is where you pull to the right and it opens the card for the sentiment.

This strip in on the inside flap and this matches the strips on the front of the card. it's on the folded piece inside.

I am using the image Autumn beauty.  I colored her with copics. I used Ranger ink to ink the background and added some stenciling with my dry wall mesh strip. I used a My favorite things circle die and used Ranger ink to distress the edges. I added her to a few scraps of card stock. I added the Stampin up sentiment and used EK punch.

We have a new challenge over at 

Cardz 4 Galz #183

Our theme this challenge is

FOR A CAUSE 

It's breast cancer month. So any cancer awareness can be used

For my card I went with Anal Cancer Awareness. The ribbons for anal cancer is green/purple. So I used a green ribbon along the side and tied a purple ribbon around the loop. The image is from Diamonds. It's an old red rubber wood stamp and there is a rhinestone diamond in the wood top .. I colored him with copics and added some Spectrum Noir sparkle to the metal parts of his tools. I added him to a Quick quote scrap of yellow card stock and then found this great designer paper that made me think of science and atoms.. so chose it and it worked perfect with the green/purple ribbons. The sentiment is from Reverse confetti and I heat embossed it.  I like that it was an encouraging sentiment.. Get tested.. Don't wait..

It's a new month so a new challenge over at

Sparkles Christmas Challenge #141

Our theme this month is

HOLLY or IVY

I love this holly die from Taylored Expressions.. I've had it for years and seldom use it. But the theme being Holly or Ivy was perfect .. I die cut it out of a piece of Stampin up card stock. I used a copic pen to give a little depth to the leaves. I am a diamond painter and so I have millions of extra drills left over from my kits. So I found this nice red diamonds (they are out of resin) and I added them to the berry part of the die. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment and added some Quick Quote chalk in to distress the edges and added it  with some foam dots to keep it above the drills.

This is a fun card to create. I have three photos showing the look of the folds and papers. All products are from Stampin up. There are so many cool papers and you can add images to the front along with the sentiment. I thought since the flowers were so strong that the sentiment was plenty for this card.
