As you've probably seen.. Oh my I am loving this image.. I know I say that a lot.. but there are so many cute wonderful images out there and this card is one of them. I colored the image with copics and used my cloud template and Ranger ink. I went over the skirt, flowers, ribbon with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I used Kat Scrappiness distress die and added to a piece of scrap card stock then onto an A2 size card. I used the skirt color and scribbled it on a piece of paper and cut it down and using Stampin up punch did the decorative ends. I stamped Stampin up sentiment and SU ink and punch. I added to the card and finished with some Nuvo drops.
