I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas - Happy Holiday and a Very Happy New Year. I really appreciate everyone who has visited my blog this past year and for the comments left and words of encouragement. I really appreciate it, it makes me want to keep posting my creations. I love the challenges and the thrill of completing the card and posting it. I want to thank the different blogs where I have been chosen for my creation and sometimes have won a prize but not matter what just knowing I have hopefully encouraged someone else to step forward and create a card or scrapbook -any craft it can really be a great mind challenge but satisfaction in the end.
I feel so many of you are my blog family as I almost feel I know you as if you were in person. I pray for you all daily. I have laughed at your great stories and cry when I read you blog and personal challenges that are facing you. I hope the new year brings you all greatness and lots more crafting ideas. I just had to make this card for the Catch the bug challenge the theme is cooking so a food stamp or recipe. Well who could pass up this sassy lady on a cup cake? Not me so here it is. Card Patterns sketch One card TWO challenges...Card Patterns sketch 95 and Inky Impressions to use BLACK-WHITE and one color of your choice... well I chose teal I needed a card for my brother and thought this would keep it masculine using a nice blue. I know he would love it no matter what color it is but I'm happy with this color combo.

Diva Coffee Break Design

One card THREE challenges... Sketch DCBD#207 and Krafty Thursday#44 Spotted chick using Kraft cs and Paper Pretties making MASCULINE card...

I made this card for Josh (he is my son's girlfriends son) I do call him my grandson. His birthday is in January. I really like these greeting farm kids. They are so easy to color and of course having a boy stamp always helps for those masculine cards that we need.

Clean and Simple FTL121

Sketch challenge at Clean and Simple FTL121... I love this paper pack from Cosmo Cricket it is so stunning and rich. I have not made any flowers for awhile so thought I would start making more as I love embellishing cards with them. I just have to keep them low profile as it can get expensive to mail the cards.

Card Patterns sketch

Sketch challenge Card Patterns #94... I used another digi stamp there are 5 in this set and she is so cute. I made this for my daughters birthday in February.. it was really nice to make a birthday card vs. more Christmas cards although I did do that today see other posts. The punch for the decorative design down the side (I got from my dear stamping friend for my birthday last month) only half of it is showing I cut off the rest that was hanging out of the black side. It's really a great punch.

Waltzingmouse sketch WMSC26 Sketch challenge at Waltzingmouse WMSC26.... Wow last week I won the challenge for my card at Waltzingmouse sketch #25. How sweet is that?? Love it It really is a nice feeling.
On this card I seldom do round cards but that was the sketch challenge and card design. I am pleased with the way it came out. I just might give it a try again it's fun trying to figure what to put on such a small card.

Sketch challenge at I{heart}2stamp... the pink design behind the die cut circle are snowflakes cut in half..I just saw this at Scrap Biz / Suzanne Deans. I think next time I will do it on a plain die cut vs. the decorative edge I think the effect will be better. I let the paper five the greeting.

Sweet Sketch 77

Using this image in the Bugaboo "anything goes" and Sweet Sketch 77 challenge... This is a new challenge group for me. I love this little guy which was a free digi from Bugaboo Stamps. I am not sure how to color snow and tried a few different ways and finally said OK this is what it will be.. I give up or should I say pleased with what I got? I need some copic classes but where????

Our Creative Corner TAG challenge... I seldom make tags so this was fun to do. I think it came out pretty good. I used the quizzle to cut out the tag shape and I thought instead of a hole for the ribbon I would just loop it and make it part of the front decoration.
